Refund and Return Policy

Introduction This Refund and Return Policy describes the terms and conditions under which a refund or return may be requested for web design services provided by WEBBYRIA By entering into an agreement with me, you accept the terms described in this policy.

Project agreement

Upon agreement to start a project, the client will receive a clear contract that describes the project scope, timelines and payment schedule. Any changes to the original project description must be agreed in writing and may incur additional costs.

Refund Policy As a freelance web designer, I place great importance on delivering high quality work. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with the work or the finished solution, the following refunds apply:

Refund Policy

Example of a process:
1.Signing of contract: The client and I sign the contract.
2.Paying the deposit: The client pays the deposit of [e.g. 45%].
3.Start of work: The work begins when the deposit is received.
4.Completing work: When the work is finished, an invoice is sent for the remaining payment.
5.Final payment and delivery: Once the remaining payment is received, the finished work is delivered.

Cancellation before completion: If you decide to cancel the project after work has started but before it is complete, you will be refunded any payments made other than the non-refundable deposit. The refund will be proportional to the work completed up to the cancellation.

No refunds after completion: Once the project is complete and the final files are delivered, no refunds will be given.

Audit policy

I offer 2-3 revisions as standard. This gives you, the client, the opportunity to make changes to colors, fonts, spacing, icons, and other small adjustments without changing the original design flow.

What is a revision?

A revision means that you can request changes such as adjusting colors, fonts, spacing between elements, or changing icons.

These are small changes, but not major changes such as changing the structure of the entire website. If you want major changes, it will be considered a new design or additional work, which may incur additional costs.

Non-refundable Services

Certain services, such as domain registration, hosting, and third-party software subscriptions, may be non-refundable as these services are paid directly to third-party vendors.

Force Majeure

I am not responsible for any delays or inability to complete work due to unforeseen circumstances, such as server downtime, software problems, or other events beyond my control. In such cases, I will do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
